I have lived at Affinity at Covington for a year. The staff is very friendly. In a day when customer service is often nonexistent, I had a garbage disposal/drainage issue and Ed, the maintenance supervisor, had it all repaired quickly and efficiently. In addition, the company that manages wi-fi and cable, Dual Path, helped me fix a connection issue even though it had nothing to do with the things they manage. Finally, and most importantly, my dog is happy here.

I lived and worked at affinity at Covington for 2 years and I it! The apartments are fabulous! The cost to live in that beautiful home in a truly convenient location is a bargain in my mind (all utilities included - even cable internet AND A/C). The neighbors are great! They are always available to help if you need it! I am so appreciative of all that my neighbors did for me, I’ve never been treated better! I’ve never been happier In an apartment. The staff can’t be beat! I worked with the most caring, effective, resourceful, positive and wonderful coworkers and miss them everyday! Finally, I had to leave affinity and relocate to the east coast for family reasons, but I would be remiss to not recognize the love and support I received from the Affinity ownership, my coworkers and all the friends at Affinity at Covington. Thank you all!

Been living here over a year now and what a tumultuous time to be living anywhere right? Throughout all our worldy challenges the whole local Affinity Team continues to step up and always try to keep a positive spin on everything that happens and at the same time tries to keep us safe in this people gathering community! The management team is also very communicative on the ongoing ever changing CDC and State guidelines and how it affects the amenities here at Affinity with each and every change that occurs to Government policy! Can't wait to get back to a more normal time probably later this year when vaccine coverage is well implemented and we can use all the amenities with other households and friends as it used to be! I highly recommend moving to this Community as it truly makes you feel like a Community of friends and family instead of homeowner living where many neighbors don't care to even meet you even if you have lived there for years!!

Affinity not only feels like home, it is our home. We just renewed our lease!! It is fall, but our planted summer flowers are beautiful and still in bloom on our apartment patio deck. We are now picking the last of our tomatoes from our garden plot/area that is provided in the facility courtyard. We lived 35years in our last house then moved to an apartment--moving to Affinity last year has made this transition very easy and meeting many new acquaintances and friends surely has helped. Management has been good at keeping Covid-safe activities going as we look forward to singing in choir again and maybe water aerobics among other things offered when things start to shift back to normal. A BONUS- Entire staff is here is family--very nice, friendly and helpful--- We are truly Thankful and Blessed to be living here.
