GREAT HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!! I highly recommend this hotel! We wanted to stay at a nicer hotel that had a nice pool area, and this one even had a hottub! The kids looked forward to the pool every single night, and they leave their pool area open til 11:00PM! AWESOME! Their breakfasts were great, with a lot of variety and options! There were no loud noises during the night and we never heard our neighbors being loud at all. On our last night we stayed here, some dumb kid had “an accident” in the pool, and so, in accordance with health department requirements they had to stick chemicals into the pool and shut it down for 24 hours. When we got down the elevators and saw the CLOSED sign our kids were BUMMED!!! 🙄🙄🙄 We had started going back up the elevator to our room, but then the desk worker came up to the elevator doors and informed us that the hotel right next door was also their sister hotel and that if we wanted to, we could walk over there and use their pool. Which we all did, and the kiddos all had a blast on their last night! We REALLY REALLY appreciated them doing that for us. Was very nice. 😊😊👍👍

This room we had was huge it had a living room or setting area what ever you call it.we had room 127 handicap accessible bed it's just a tad bit too high for somebody that's from the parallelize waste down. The only thing I didn't care about in the room was the toilet is in a separate room from the shower inconvenient other than that very nicer staff was really nice breakfast wasn't good at all I would stay away from prepackaged almost everything. I got a sausage biscuit nasty fell apart forever got to eat it way too soggy wife got some kind of egg thing couldn't eat it wasn't done they need to do a better breakfast for what they charge you to stay at the hotel.

Very clean and very spacious. Enjoyed breakfast. The only downside during our visit was when we called and scheduled to have the cleaning team come to change the towels, bedding, and take the trash. We were told it would be taken care of the day we called but it never happened. Had to go down to the front desk to get them ourselves and change our own sheets. Not a deal breaker, but very inconvenient.

Positive: The moring staff was so welcoming. The rooms were clean enough. They could definitely clean better. The pool was pretty warm and the hot tub was amazing. Overall a great place to stay. Negative: I do wish they put in a little more effort cleaning the rooms.
