I door dash and I never had an issue but my sister went there to pick up a door dash and we were picking up curbside. Usually curbside takes 5minutes. We sat for 10minutes after entering out stall #. Nobody acknowledged us. I went inside and asked what happened and the manager said they didn't have a carryout person so they won't run it outside. I asked for the order that was sitting on the shelf. He said give him a few minutes then walked away, several employees walked right by me without helping because carry out isn't their job so I grabbed the dash customers order and left. The customer who ordered the dash already waited 20 minutes because the manager didn't have any carryout person and obviously nobody else was qualified to carry a bag outside or hand it over the counter.

They were definitely short on staffing the day we visited. We're only using about half the tables in the restaurant, so had to wait for one. Food wasn't bad, but nothing exceptional either.

Had reservations on Friday night. After waiting nearly 45 minutes we were told that we would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. We left when the staff got rude with us about it. After reading the other review on here about the food and service, it looks like we dodged a bullet by NOT dining here. There is a Chic Fil A right next door who was able to accommodate us immediately and had food on our table in 5 minutes . Get it together Chili’s!!

Enjoyed a Friday dinner with the family at this conveniently located Chile’s (Meijer’s parking lot near multiple hotels). It was busy and we waited 20 mins (had estimated 35 minutes). We were pleased. Our server Jonathan was excellent. Very friendly, quick, and attentive in spite of being short staffed and very busy. He took our order right away and food was to us fairly quickly. Prices were reasonable (3 items for $10 deal was great). Recommended.
