Hotel is nice on the exterior and the staff was very nice. However the pictures online of the interior of the room differed pretty drastically from what I saw online when booking. Rooms were grimy and felt unclean. Stains on walls, tubs that didn’t drain, tiles cracked and missing in the bathroom. Overall it’s not a bad hotel, just needs some updating.

Staff very friendly, hot tub out of service first 2 days of our 3 day stay. 4th floor hallway air conditioners weren't running and it was very warm. Our room air conditioner was barely cool but they fixed it the next day after telling them about it. Top dresser door would not stay closed had to shim it. Hot breakfast was alright, included biscuit gravy, sausages and scrambled eggs. But our real problem is yet to be resolved with customer care services who are yet to get back to me 4 days post our complaint. We had reservations for 3 nights for 4 adults in our room. 1 - 2 weeks prior to arrival we called Wyndham (because they have an advertised flexible policy) to let them know only 2 adults would be staying the 3rd night which would save us approx. $35. They lady told us to let the front desk know on the day of check in. I told her they might try to say it's too late but she assured me this is how it is done. WELL, when we got there I told them only 2 adults would be staying the 3rd night and she said there is nothing she can do about it, it's too late. So I called Wyndham reservations and they said the same thing. I said this has to be deliberate because I have no way of being fairly reimbursed even though I tried attempted to correct this a week or so prior. Eventually after several attempts (while staying at the hotel) Customer Care filed a claim and said I would be contacted in 1 - 6 days. I could be wrong but their program is set up NOT to be able to make a minor stay adjustments even with plenty of advance notice in the number of guests staying without a huge hassle and financial loss to me. I will report the outcome of my conservation with Customer Care as soon as this is resolved or denied. Late report 7/5/22 LaQuinta deducted the extra we paid for the one night (only 2 people) after talking to their customer relation person. Wyndham said their hands were tied. That was fair and satisfied us.

The only reason I am even giving this a 2 star is because of the continental breakfast that was okay and the hotel location. The pool area needs cleaning and our room was filthy. We asked the front desk to move rooms and was told no more rooms available. They need to definitely clean and redo rooms. The room and bathroom was filled with mold.

Very clean, quiet hotel and efficient staff. The continental breakfast was the standard fare you'd get at any hotel that has it as part of their amenities. Only major I had issue were the washer and dryer on site. One washer wasn't working and I had to run my very small load of laundry through the dryer twice to get everything completely dried. I can't say a lot for the shuttle service due to getting a shuttle to the airport via another hotel's shuttle service instead that pulled up to drop off guests when I left.
