Never again. There was no wait online at this location and that should have been my clue. One lady was on her cell phone putting out a fight at home. Another lady had her shirt so low cut I was embarrassed to look at her. If my kids would have been with me I would have walked out. The lady cutting my hair had to be stopped because it was completely wrong. Another stylist had to finish the hair cut. Just a mess. I have been in customer service my whole career and this location is at the bottom of the barrel.

I checked in online as I left work at 3:30 today and headed to your salon. As I walked in my name was #1 and Before 4pm.The Blonde lady sweeping up from her last customer asked if I checked-in online and I said yes.She did not say anything else to me and kept sweeping so I sat down. About 4 minutes later she went to the computer ,looked up at me directly in my eyes and took the guy who was #2. I started online checking- in because after sitting there waiting for an hour for a hair cut and 3 people who came in after me but checked in online went ahead of me and I was cool with it because the lady said if these people come in before your called back , they go first. So I have a question If you check-in online why did your Blonde employee not take us in that order ? or if you are not going to be consistent maybe get rid of it. The dark haired girl who cut my hair was very professional and did a great job which was reflected in my tip.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming. The place was clean. All staff wore masks and social distance was in place. The stylist did a great job. I was very pleased.
