Every time we eat here, we regret it. Tonight was no exception. I ordered ultimate nachos, adding chicken, my husband a chicken sandwich and fries, daughter a cheeseburger and fries. The waitress took our orders and went to 3 tables before entering it and getting our drinks. My husbands drink was missing a large amount, which he just brushed off. After at least 40 minutes (after waiting 10 to be greeted) I asked to check on the food, we were hungry as it was 7pm. I was told the bar needs to get their orders fulfilled before ours and she can't control how the kitchen works. Technically I ordered an appetizer as a meal. So I said okay. Can we atheist get our 6 year Olds food as soon as possible. Again, I was told it would be out whenever. Okay, whatever, I guess we're stuck waiting. We'll it comes out, miraculously two minutes after this exchange and it's all cold except the burger. My husbands food tray has smashed old soggy food all over the bottom, we couldn't even tell what it was. The waitress took it away in one of our THREE napkins. We never got any more than than either. Fries are cold and old and soggy. The nachos were awful, evert bit of it was cold. The chicken was cold, chips were cold and the supposed melted cheese in their quest dip was congealed and cold. It took another 10 minutes to flag someone down to say it was cold. By this time it was well over an hour we'd been there. The server asks if things are good, I said no that all our food was cold. She gets the manager who was completely unbothered by the whole situation. She said well what do you want me to do, do you want it remade. I said no, I just want to leave. It's been an hour and a half at this time. I'm starving and upset because everything has been delayed and a fight. They took the cost of the nachos off. I literally couldn't even eat any of it... take the price off? How about take it off and offer me a fresh Togo order of it? Idk, something. I just don't understand how bdubs has gone SO down hill. We used to LOVE going and went all the time. To multiple locations. It's just so frustrating. I had to sit through that and at the end cook myself dinner anyways.

this is my favorite bdubs location and everyone that works here is great. except amy on carryout. she’s literally so rude every time and has terrible customer service. i’ve never had a bad experience at this location except twice and both issues were with amy’s attitude problems. it’s time to retire babe. anyway yeah this place is the best unless amy is working.

Ordered takeout from here recently. Arrived at the given delivery time and my order hadn't even been entered into their system. Once they got it in I waited over half an hour in the restaurant. It would have been a little easier to put up with if they staff had been at all apologetic or even just friendly, but no one was. The food was decent when we finally got it over an hour later though, so I guess it's not ALL bad.

Food was good and staff was pleasant. Our meal came out sporadically though. We had half delivered than 10 min later, another hacomplaint. Tables were getting partial orders as well. Im not sure if they were just trying to pacify people or what. We weren't super pleased with that, but that is our only complaint.

The location we went to, masks were worn when walking through, containers held ranch, ketchup etc, no menus scan on smart phone to bring up.
