The business hours are WRONG. Package drop off closes at 7:00 p.m. but the location is technically open until 8:45 for other business. . The actual shipping hours are not available ANYWHERE expect inside the facility. The Google listing states closing is 8:45 p.m. There is even a photo of the sign on the building with the same hours. You cannot call this facility directly to verify and UPS customer service on the phone is not aware that shipping stops at 7:00 p.m. I have seen customers turned away because they arrived just after 7:00 p.m. They were trying to ship large boxes just before their flight at O'Hare. They had no time to arrange alternate shipping, so they were forced to ship as checked luggage and pay a huge fee to the airline. The poor employee that gave these folks the bad news was kind, apologetic, and clearly frustrated that he had to deal with people that were angry and disappointed because because management failed to correct the publicly posted hours. Otherwise this place is pleasant, helpful and very efficient.

No. It's a complete pain! You have to call Customer Service. Then they will have someone call back from the location!
CALL TO CONFIRM...UPS USUALLY WANTS YOUR ID...AND MAY NOT HONOR A 2ND PARTY ID!
It is possible if they left notice at your house for you to pick up

Not if it is a "Ground" type of shipment (unless "Saturday delivery" was marked on it). On the other hand all "Air" packages will be still delivered on Saturday. To make it short it all depends on what the shipping party paid for. For more details call UPS directly as questions here are answered by other google users.
