Enterprise only care about money and not customers. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have had two horrible experiences with this company and this location. First in 2020, our rental SUV broke down in Colorado, luckily we were able to get to the place we were staying. It took several hours on the phone, a lot of complaining, and almost the entire week of our vacation to get a replacement vehicle so we could even get back home. The entire week of our vacation we had no transportation and Enterprise didn't seem to care. Recently, we tried to use Enterprise again to rent a 15 passenger van for a Scout trip. We made the reservation 4 1/2 months out. Enterprise called us approximately 1 month from our departure to tell use they don't carry 15 passenger vans at that location. They did not try to get one from another location or really do anything. It was more 'sorry about your luck' we just wanted to tell you far enough out. Well 15 passenger vans aren't easy to find and 1 month out, it may be easier to find a needle in a haystack. When we complained, the district manager was supposed to call to discuss a solution but that never happened. If a location doesn't carry a vehicle type, you shouldn't be able to rent it online. And if you are able, Enterprise should assist with finding a location that has that vehicle.

This was a bad experience. They fabricate conversations. I will never do business with them again. Beware if you have an insurance claim that uses them as your rental. You may be charged for "extra" days and told you agreed to this even if you tell them not to charge your card that you did not agree.

Collin is amazing! We were in need of a rental due to someone hitting our car. The other parties insurance company set us up with this Enterprise. Unfortunately they didn't have exactly what we needed for a trip that we already had planned prior to the accident. Collin was fantastic in going above and beyond to get our reservation transferred to a different location. He took care of calling the insurance company for the transfer so we didn't have any hassle. Thank you, Collin! In the future we will always use your location for our rental needs!

No cars at 2pm. None until 5pm. Got there at 4:45 sales was on the phone for 15 mins. Then was told he had 3 people ahead of us and no one else was there. Finally at 5:45 a new person just clocking in was able to help us and we left a little after 6pm. Unacceptable service. Won't go back to the one on Loop Road again. Back when they sold vehicles I had purchased 4 cars from them over the years.
