I was given a 12 to 4pm window for the refrigerator delivery today, June 25, 2022. No one showed up until 5:56pm. I did not get a call from Lowes to at least inform me of the delay. I politely refused the delivery and cancelled my purchase.

I have experienced THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service with this store. I've spent countless hours on the phone being put on hold, or hung up on when I call back repeatedly checking on the status of a delivery on my swingset that I purchased and ordered almost 2 months ago. No one can tell me anything and yet no one is willing to even answer the phone and properly handle the situation. Between this disaster and the same type of experience when I had a fence installed, I can promise you I will never buy a single thing again from lowes. Maybe if someone that actually cares about their customers sees this, something will be done. I'll just keep calling and emailing until that happens. This is 100% unacceptable and should should an embarrassment to the entire Lowe's corporation. You've lost another customer.

Store #207 is the best one I have ever seen. Deb, Juli, and Brendon in the paint department are outstanding and even helped me find my misplaced cell phone. Dave and Bob in tools / hardware go above board in answering questions and know just what I need for any projects I have. Dave L. even went over diffence in uses. Doug and Teresa in flooring not only helped me through locating what I needed but explained the difference between product packaging as well. The experience continued even with checkout as well. Pat and Shawn were so pleasant and certious. Michael helped load my items that were simply too heavy for me. I was so appreciative. On a recent past trip to this location, Dylan in lumber was informative-helpful, and Matt at checkout really made my day, making me smile. This store is outstanding in both service and quality customer care. Store manager Jared Huffman has a top-notch staff and a well organized and stocked store. They all deserve being acknowledged, and I am so grateful for all of them, as well others throughout the store. I have and will continue to refer and be a loyal customer in the future.

Had fence installed and specified we wanted the gate opening to be 48 inches since our riding mower is 46 inches. We also specified a hinged gate using decorative hinges. Workmanship is shoddy, they put in wrong style gate and it's only 44 3/4 inches when open. 2 1/2 weeks of phone calls to store and contractor, most never returned, and no one will come look at it and fix it. Going to report to BBB and if things are unchanged by end of the week we're getting a lawyer.
