You lost a customer today. We needed invitations printed. Not only was the employee ill-trained in printing (didn’t know how to do basic formatting) he was short with us and extremely unhelpful. It seemed like I was inconveniencing him the entire time. Thankfully, Fedex Office was very fast and helpful. Please save yourself the time and frustration and head there instead!

I would have bought an office chair but I forgot to bring the card up to the register and when I told the cashier at the front that I was mobility impaired and wasn't up to walking back to the back of the store to meet another associate her response was, "I don't know what to tell you. I don't know which chair you want." She never even asked which chair I was interested in. I could have described it and the name of it quite clearly - there was one right next to the register, by the front door - but she couldn't be bothered. The store wasn't even particularly busy. There was no line of customers waiting or anything. There were a hundred ways she could have helped me buy that chair. As it was, she cost Office Depot a sale AND my business. I'll take my dollars elsewhere from now on. Excellent customer service is what impresses me. This was everything but.
