This is the 2nd time I came to the Dayton mall h&m to make a return. First time I came in at 11am this sign was up and it was closed, fine, frustrating but I understand. Today (my 2nd time), I double checked the hours on the website to make sure I wasn’t going to waste my time again, said it was open at 11. I get there, they are closed and this sign is still up. Can you please update the hours on the website if you are going to be closed? I understand if there are staffing issues, but please update where your hours can be easily found!

Affordable style. Great pieces of clothing that look great together. You can't go wrong combining almost any 2, 3, or more articles. Not the greatest quality, but at this price point you can afford to update your wardrobe regularly and for any season.

I love this store! Went today and it was wonderful!!! The only reason I can't rate it a 5 is because of the terrible customer service. The people at the register was horrible, they were so rude I couldn't believe it. One example of many while I was at the register paying, the girl at the register beside my cashier looked at me and said can you move over in a rude voice and looked away and said next since she just opened up her register. Ok I'm 6 months pregnant and I had my purse and other shopping bags. I thought how rude and it was embarrassing..., and no there was literally no room to move. Like what the heck. I thought she was the manger but I could be wrong. I think she had red hair I can't even remember now. All I know is the only nice employee was the girl working in the dressing room! She had excellent customer service skills and even offered me a seat while my mom was trying on clothes! If it was not for the store being so nice and the prices I wouldn't be back.
