It was great. I had an issue with my home Wi-Fi T-Mobile hotspot. They quickly understood the problem and after waiting for a little bit I had a great chat with Jen as she helped me get the problem resolved.

After several unsuccessful online attempts to transfer my number to T-Mobile, I finally decided to drive more than 10 miles to go to this place to talk to real people and ask them to help me transfer my number to T-Mobile. My previous carrier was so unreasonable, unhelpful, and it would not help me transfer my number at all. They put me on hold for several hours and have been very unhelpful. The T-Mobile store was super clean, and the staffs were super nice and friendly. Malik, who works at that store, helped me a lot, and he did anything in his power patiently to finally transfer my number to T-Mobile. I am beyond happy and satisfied. I would strongly recommend this store and its wonderful people to everybody. Because of my great experience, I have also decided to switch to T-Mobile for my home internet too. Thank you, T-Mobile, and Thank you, Malik. You are the best.
