Their location is difficult to get to, especially on a Friday afternoon. And when I finally arrived there were only 3 arrangements to choose from. I was greatly disappointed. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful but did not bring out any new arrangements. I will go online from now on.

This store is horrible . I ordered from this location for the first time this year and first they had nothing “available “ as far as arrangements go and I ordered 2 weeks in advance . Next when I finally got the order placed I had to change my date because they said the date was not available . Then when it was delivered it looked as if it was tampered with by the delivery person or something. I ordered extra balloons & things to go along with the arrangement they did not send any of that they just sent the tampered with arrangement. I called to let them know but nobody ever answered the phone so I sent a email they replied with a reference case number said they will get with me in 24-48 hours . A week go by I go through the same steps still no reply . 2 weeks later call corporate they said it look like the order was sent out. They then tried to contact the store and couldn’t get any response so again they gave me a case number for the 3rd time and it’s now a week later from that still no reply, no store manger contact still nobody answer or anything . Do not order from this location at this point I take it they don’t care so I have stopped calling and will never order again

A fruit arrangement and cupcakes were delivered to me on Sunday, 6 Feb 22 at 11:00 a.m. The person rang the doorbell (with camera). As I opened the door, I looked down to see the red bag containing a fruit arrangement and cupcakes and saw the man walking away from the door down my driveway and across the street to his white car. I called the friend to thank her at 11:08 a.m. A short time later I unwrapped the package only to find that ALL the fruit was FROZE. I called the number on the tag but I'm sure because it was Sunday, the system forwarded my call to the call center in Atlanta. I explained the condition of the fruit to an agent, then the call was "dropped". I called back, spoke with a lady and explained the condition of the fruit - FROZE. She advised me that it would be redelivered today (Monday). I called the Dixie address location approximately 4:45 p.m. today since I had not received another arrangement. I spoke with, I think a co-owner, for several minutes explaining the situation regarding when the delivery occurred AND the frozen condition of the fruit. As he checked his system, he said there was a note that I would call today. The most agitating aspect of this whole conversation was the fact that he refused to believe that the arrangement was delivered yesterday, because "they had no deliveries in my area yesterday". I again explained that I had it on my doorbell camera with a time identified, I gave a general description of what the man was wearing and the color of the car because I had opened the door to get the package he had left. The manager was not concerned that their product was not presented/delivered in the manner the friend thought it would be (and paid for)...certainly not frozen. This conversation was going nowhere so I asked that he please credit the sender, he stated "absolutely not because the basket was delivered". He did tell me that they would remake the basket if I wanted to come and pick it up. Thanks but no thanks.

I walked in on my girlfriends Birthday (last minute) and the staff was absolutely awesome. They actually took time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered. The fruit was FRESH FRESH that my 2yr old was eating the melons lol Thanks 1000x
