I was charged $7k over sticker for a brand new 2022 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend edition that I have had scheduled service twice for issues that still exist. These are manufacturers issues. I currently have a case# with Ford hoping for resolve but apparently the dealership doesn’t want to resolve the over charging issue. Worst car , worst dealership experience ever. I’m sure I’m not the only one, service department is constantly loaded, what’s wrong with Ford.

Peter is an amazing salesman who presented excellent interpersonal and professional skills when I came in looking for a new car.
