I normally have a different access location I go to but I wasn’t getting a call back so I decided to call this location. I spoke to Janet who went above and beyond to answer all my questions and invited me in. There was a couple things that I needed to do prior to being seen by a Dr. but she made sure to give me thorough explanation of everything and prepared me for it all. When arriving to the clinic the place is super clean and I got to meet her in person. Janet, your attitude and determination to help others is one of a kind and I can’t thank you enough, it doesn’t go unnoticed. She didn’t just help me apply into a low cost payment visit plan but also made sure i knew there was additional help my family and I could apply for. She put me in touch with the Benefit specialist Dulce who was also very kind and also explained everything I needed to know. Maritza was also friendly and professional. & Dr. Shaw was super nice too. I highly recommend this team. All staff is friendly and absolutely one of a kind. There’s so many things in my life changing and it’s nice to know there’s sweet kind hearted people like the people I’ve mentioned in my review that are willing to help those in need. Thanks again. I look forward to now working with this location.

Worst clinic ever. They never answer. They don't take their job serious. One time my daughter had a rash it took over a weeks for them to schedule an telephone appointment and for her to call and said she could help because she count se she rash in-person because she was away from the clinic doing covid test. I just ended up looking for another clinic instead of playing their run around game.
