Positive: Great breakfast. Entry was clean and dusted. Negative: Bathroom could have been scrubbed better. Shower head was broken and there was little water pressure.

Michelle, Greg, and Daniel were fantastic Brand Ambassadors. They were warm, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our conference event smooth and successful. The house keeping staff in the sitting/eating area were very friendly and diligent. The lady that served breakfast made sure everything was topped off, hot and clean.

The hotel was great. Everything from the service to the location was ideal! Called the front desk in search of toothpaste (I had forgot ours) and they picked up the first ring. No lack in service. Breakfast was fantastic as I dont expect too much since they're feeding the hotel guests. Definitely will be booking again for another West Chester trip!
