I've been to a lot of McDonald's as we like to travel and it provides us consistency. This location had the best biscuit I've ever had for breakfast and amazing hashbrowns that were crisp with salt and not greasy sticking to the paper. The guest experience was friendly. I was so glad to have a good breakfast here on our way home from Cincinnati.

I attend this Mcdonald and go inside every morning before work to order 3 hash browns and an iced coffee. Today I asked as I do every time for my order to be made fresh. when given my order I noticed that the hash browns were not fresh and very greasy. I said excuse me to the manager on duty (heavy set caucasian gentleman) he approached me with an attitude, even still I politely asked for my order to be made fresh. He grabbed the bag and stated "sure, even though clearly they are fresh and just came up" I then stopped him and told him never mind and asked for a refund. He did not care and was happy to refund me. I will never attend this Mcdonalds again..Very unprofessional. My order number was 108

Staff shortage before 8AM or so. Only one person working this past week during breakfast. Also curbside pickup was an option during lunch hour, and after waiting 10 minutes I went through drive thru instead. I was then told that there was no one to bring me the order. I understand this happening, but these options should be temporarily disabled as I've seen at other locations. Also there should be a hand written sign with the time the one person plans to open/close since they arent courteous enough to tell drive thru customers it'll be a while

Awful service 😔. Line around the building.one Lane open. Out of ice cream after ordering on app. And fries were cold waiting almost 15minutes and took money from my credit card. Did not get it back was supposed to refund back. 289.fir fries cold fries would have thought it would be crispy hit fries. Looked empty inside no service. Saw someone leaving the restaurant maybe fired or quit. Possibly. Simple heat and eat food .poor service will not be back at this location. Looks like they are building new apartment or condo and a library and School in the area. Better get things ready because this McDonald's couldn't handle it.very disappointed.I usually give places higher marks .not this time.would give lower marks but not available. Would have ordered more but why at this point.
