Absolutely perfect even when we have it delivered, the food is great. When we go to the restaurant we get seated fast, the staff is friendly and our food arrives hot and fast. We're definitely coming back again!! And when its curbside you can't get any better

(Country) music played in restaurant is far too loud. A member of my party has autism and is sensitive to loud noises. There were only about five parties in the restaurant, but the music level was not adjusted to meet the minimal crowd size. We asked the waitress to turn down the music upon being seated. She said she’d see what she could do. After 10 minutes of no change and having our affected individual having to wear noise canceling headphones and missing out in conversation with our party, we left and went to Bob Evans across the street, which was expectedly playing country but at a non-overwhelming volume. There was no one around to explain to why we were leaving. I called a few minutes later and chose the option for a manager but no one picked up and the automated message disconnected us. Also note to management, the place was empty just before dinner time. Country music is polarizing and is likely discouraging some customers from eating at your restaurant. People who would like to hear it can go to Texas Roadhouse. You could play a variety of music inclusive of diverse cultures and ages.

We came in, had a 20 min wait. But was seated really quick. Out waiter Joel was great, funny, fast even with being short staffed. We had the white Queso and chips, quesadilla burger and the street bourbon chicken and shrimp. The burger was great, the chicken was cooked perfect. I didn't know they had white Queso. Joel I look forward to having you as our server next time!

Went for my birthday with family and the manager took my drinks off for my birthday 🎉 Had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp , along with two of the Specialty drinks. The waitress was amazing.. Had a wonderful time.. thanks for an amazing experience Applebee's!
