I came to pick up my Rx but it was not available because my provider tried to call in the Rx but NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE ALL DAY. I called several times and was waiting for an hour for someone to answer and no one did. When I got to the pharmacy before going to work they said they had no prescription on file. The phones kept ringing and they were being ignored. I said okay can I give you my new insurance card to update in the system and she said she could not do it right now because she is the only tech there and I would have to wait for her to service the rest of the people in line behind me, which was 5 people before she could update it. She said I could also do it when I came to pick up my prescription next time. So my provider eventually was able to get through to call my Rx in. I received a text my meds were ready the next day. I went back to the pharmacy, waited in a long line, to wait another 25 minutes at the counter because they never processed my medication and the tech acted like she could not update my insurance, so she passed my card to another woman in the back. The tech at the register continued to help the next people in line and had me stand there for 25 minutes without giving me an update until I said if I can’t get my meds in the 5 minutes I have to go because I’m late for work. Everyone is short staffed but that’s the reality post pandemic. All I’m asking for is honesty and good service. Keep me updated, instead of having me stand there for long while they help 6 plus other patients. Also, I heard someone behind the desk say “those prescriptions were just sitting there. Y’all lucky I went through them and processed them.” SMH

No one answers the phone. They don’t get precipitous off of the call line. A provider had to wait 10mins to even get someone on the phone and then she lied as if she hadn’t heard it on the call line. This is how you’re treating sick people. It’s a hassle to get your prescription! I was on hold for over 40mins and no answered. Just trying to check in my medication since I did not receive a notification that it is ready and it has now been over 24hours since they first received it. CVS this is unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could.

The weekday staff was great but the one doing the check up on the morning of Oct 9th was rude and kept me waiting for a quick examination
