Ordered 16 piece dinner with 3 large sides. Added an 8 piece chicken only. Cost 69.00 After getting home, I found two single servings of mashed potatoes. Supposed to be Large potatoes,Large beans and rice,Large macaroni. Called and spoke to supervisor Nick. He said they was out of macaroni. No apology. Told me I could come back within a week to get a credit for the beans and macaroni. Will never eat at this Popeyes again. Total rip off with poor management.

If I could give a negative review, I would! Stopped by the drive thru at 11am. They supposedly open at 1030. Woman comes through the speaker & says she'll be right with us. After 10 minutes waiting & no one responding thru speaker anymore we go to front door which is LOCKED. Guy comes outside and says it'll be at least 45 minutes before they can serve anything. I'm just wondering why they didn't tell us that in the drive through instead of letting us sit there 10 minutes and no longer responding🤬

I just went through the drive they! The staff was rude! 2 staff members were outside on break (I’m assuming) and 2 were inside. They were rude over talking me before I could order! I was trying to order more food the rude as worker huffed and puffed! I was about to place another order for a lot of money! I guess they don’t want money and don’t understand they’re in the service industry! If we weren’t coming they wouldn’t have a job! Unfortunately it’s not the same since the previous manager left! I come 2-3x weekly I won’t be any more! They need training , new employees or shut it down!
