Call center is THE WORST - spent 11 mins listening to hours of operation, 4 covid recordings, transferred to misc places by a robot, and the ultimate in voice mail jail after hitting ‘0’, “Sorry you’re having troubles. Goodbye.” SECOND WORSE - their website and in person check-in didn’t ask why I was coming other than ‘for covid or not for covid’. So 8 minutes and 3 calls to the local location to ask if they even do what I needed. I was told ‘I think so’. THIRD WORSE - after arriving, the minute clinic lady, after telling me I needed a prescription for a vitamin injection, stood up, opened the door and dismissed me to leave without another word. No wonder Walgreens kick the cr*p out of this low-rent operation. (Incompetent is one thing, inconsiderate is another, but rude is on an entirely different level of WORSE)

Don’t get your prescriptions here when A mistake happens they don’t do anything to help resolve the problem. Called to refill a prescription that cost 300 and some dollars out of my pocket they filled the wrong milligrams because they actually had a prescription from four months ago that hadn’t been filled so they filled it and when I tried to get the correct milligrams sorry about your luck that’ll be another $359

Inept and inefficient. Had to change from Walgreens (which we LOVED) over to CVS (YUCK!) because of insurance changes -- they changed, we didn't (thanks to the new 2021 POTUS administration). Pharmacy folks just don't seem to have the proper customer service training nor able to figure things out very easily.

The pharmacy is doing the best they can. The management should be ASHAMED of the hours they work the staff. 16 Hour Shifts?! How is anyone supposed to consistently pull doubles and provide the quality of customer service people are accustomed to in North America. I know their turnover is terrible and they can only get young inexperienced staff. If any of the young staff read this they should know that hospitals and other places don't run you down like this, you did the best you could and deserve better treatment. Hospitals do run long shifts but you are supported by a larger staff base and not doing retail level customer service all day. Awful situation, honestly.
