Website says open Sunday till 3:00. Made a special trip to drop off a package and guess what, not open. Lesson learned, call before you spend your 5.00 a gallon gas. Went to Kent store and dropped off my package to a pleasant young lady.

The employees were so helpful and happy! There are other UPS stores closer to my house but I will drive a little further to go back to the Tallmadge store. Definitely a great experience.

The owner of this store is so nice, it was my first time going somewhere other than the post office to ship something, and I had thought about going to FedEx. I am glad I chose this UPS store location, as I got immediate and friendly service. I will be coming back for my future shipping needs!
