I couldn’t even add a star i Waited a hour in the drive thru just for 2 coffees an sandwich while I was waiting I noticed they don’t even have half the staff on the floor just in break room hanging out having a good time while they are understaffed an wrapped around the building in cars just had a baby so this was our go to but NEVER again will I be back DO BETTER MANAGEMENT

This has become the slowest dunkin in the area. The whole point of ordering ahead in the app is so you can grab your order and go. Lately I walk in after 15-20 minutes of ordering and my drink still isn't ready despite the fact that there isn't a line at all. I stood for ten minutes at the register today before anyone even acknowledged me. I'll just find another dunkin, this one isn't even the closest one to my house, it used to be the fastest and that's why I'd come here. Really disappointing.
