The only place I’ll rent a car from! Check in and out is a breeze with no problems. Staff is always nice and professional. Every rental I’ve had I’ve enjoyed. They clean and sanitize the cars before you hit the road.

Terrible service, terrible customer service on the phone. The lady who works there blows my mind how she is still employed. If lying and getting an attitude with customers is acceptable through this company well she's the employee of the year. She proceeded to tell me they don't do Sunday drop offs due to people stealing keys and taking Cars. The manager at another location was flabbergasted by her response saying that has literally never happened. Why lie to customers, just tell them we don't do that anymore. Needless to say I will not do any business with this company ever or my company who previously used them for our guests from out of town. We will promptly cancel our business with them. It truly is a shame one employee who hates there job can ruin thousands of dollars in revenue for one branch, she absolutely did this. I proceeded to call Hertz on Brittan Rd they were fast, polite, and prompt. My best advice go anywhere else but this particular location. Trust me. We
