Everytime I go here its always a long wait regardless if I place a order or go to get a hot and ready , pizza is always old or looks nasty . Taste like they cook on dirty pans . This pizza had a whole bunch of black specs on the crust from being in a dirty pan .

We ordered online so we didn’t have to wait and so it was fresh and they completely forgot our food and tried to give us their nasty wings.. policy states whenever someone calls or orders online it will be made fresh and I highly doubt our pizza was fresh.

Got 2 pizza's, one uncut, and the other cut into random shapes. I know you usually get what you pay for but you need to lower your expectations here. Skip this location.

Ordered an extra most pepperoni and ended up with a regular. I should have checked but never had a problem with the Ellet, Ravenna, or Stow places so figured this would be fine.
