Crossfit Legacy is amazing. My sister introduced me to Brian, he is a great coach. I literally knew nothing about lifting or proper form. He took the time to help me learn so much! I mean, all the weight lifting, stretches, & even burpees. Ladies, if you are debating, get out there and do it! It takes hard work and time, but you will become so much more stronger! Brian will work with you at your level and get you where you want to be.
