Decent staff. When payment runs out their very persistent. Heavy set gentleman even put a flyer in our car just so we would see it. And we were told if we didn't return a phone with our personal pictures that they would call local police and file a report for theft. Will not be going to them anymore. Aaron's here we come.

Great overall place. The people are amazing and do whatever they can to meet your needs. Lisa the manager is funny and professional all in the same breath. If I could rate it a 20 I would. The delivery guys are amazing and the assistants and the best.

The place is clean. The sales staff really want to help out. They come to u as u come in the store. I was looking to rent an Xbox one and pay the 6 month cash option. I could see paying $50.00 over the cost value from a store if I bought it outright. Maybe even $100.00 but, that was pushing it. They were going to charge me $200.00 over the true cash value at the six months same as cash buyout. Thanks but NO THANKS!

Would give them -5 if I could. Horrible customer service, put a hole in my wall and it's been four months and still not fixed. The original couches I wanted were ruined so I had to settle for something else. They harass you even if your only a day late on a payment. Heck they call you a million times on the day your payments due and bug you just to rush you in to make a payment. All around horrible I would never recommend going to rent a center to anyone!😡😡
