Boyfriends mom signed up and they asked for friends/family members information so they can use the gym for free. I have got about 6 phone calls in two weeks from them. They left one message that was inaudible and when i finally was able to answer the call, the guy was extremely rude to me when i asked him to stop calling me. He said i should have answered and said that. I explained that i was working the 5 other times they called and he hung up on me.

Very large gym. Nice equipment and lots of it. Never very busy in the morning when I go. Nice pool, hot tub, and sauna (I have never used them) Way nicer than 24 in Petaluma which I used for years.

This gym is great because it has a variety of equipment, a basketball court, and pool. I believe they are short staffed because there facilities are not cleaned regularly. The pool needs to be checked. The floors of the locker rooms need to be washed. I have found hair in multiple drains. It is a big facility but everything in there needs to be sanitized by the staff that closes at night and or opens.

Large facility with excellent variety of equipment. Sadly ownership must not prioritize or does not know how to maintain it. Worn out leather pads on machines, cable machine attachments falling apart, missing carabiners, ect are abundant. The locker room was very dirty. I travel extensively and have been to gyms across the county, and I have to say this gym had one of the dirtiest shower areas I’ve ever seen. It seemed like no staff members were picking up/sweeping up, restocking cleaning supplies, reracking weights, ect during the day. Which is confusing considering how many staff members were hanging out and sitting at computers— I suppose they’re salespeople and exempt from doing any work on the gym floor. Also many members were not wearing masks— again staff chose not to address these folks as they walked right in front of them. I would have given this gym 1 star if it weren’t for the sheer volume of equipment available. Management needs to do some serious work on facility maintenance and handling customers that violate mask mandates.

Whatever it costs it's too much for a dirty gym. And this gym has become disgusting since about 3 months ago when the management changed hands.
