We rented a trailer here to go across the country, there was no clear direction we had to call in and the guy was miserable. Not sure if it was a bad dsy or he just wasn't happy to be there. Place was pretty sad. Heard other clients say they won't use them again.

Beware. These people are shady. Charged me for 2 extra days because I told them I had lost my original contract. Buyer beware. Clock Tower Storage in Lake Stevens is much better I found out afterwards.

We reserved a trailer the night before and the paperwork said that we needed to get rhe trailer here at the lake Steven's location. Get there in the morning and they told me the reservation was in Everett. 30 minutes away. This plane is not the problem but u-haul website is. Be careful

Yes, there is a red drop box on the fence in front of the office with instructions to do a self drop off.
