Just bad. Holding mail for no reason, not delivering mail for no reason, won't answer phone call after call after call. Tracking info will say "non deliverable" of "wrong address" but in fact they never attempted to deliver or just couldn't finish their route over and over.

Moved back to Lake Stevens 4 weeks ago after being away for about 5. I see nothing has changed. Do they EVER answer their phone? I've tried multiple times a day for the last 3 weeks. All I want to do is request my mailbox key so I can get my mail delivered!

They seem to never know what happened to my packages, my address has not changed yet they cant find me, and no one ever answers the phone. Its as if no one is ever working. I never have problems with ups or Amazon. Yet always have issues with the postal service. What if I am awaiting important documents that are time sensitive? Do they take the blame? Seriously this is not the 1st time not the 2nd time not the 3rd time. This is on a regular basis.

First off it made me give that one star, I would have gave way less. I can’t even get these people to answer the phone. I have a locking box, as do most of my neighbors, I have labeled my box with my name very brightly on the inside yet still I get tons of other peoples mail, and I’m assuming someone else has mine. Super convenient since it’s all locked in! Right this moment I’m trying to locate a package that was supposedly delivered “in my mailbox” yesterday but guess what? Nothing! Looks like the public needs to go postal on lake Stevens postal service, yes that’s right it’s called the postal SERVICE! So they should serve!
