My 2 star review is based on their delivery service. My husband and I went in on a Sunday to order a new refrigerator because we just moved. When they said the delivery date would be on Tuesday (today) I was surprised how quickly it would be delivered and so excited. When checking out, they asked the time frame I would like and I picked their 12-4 slot. I also gave them my number for the delivery call. When I arrived home from work today at 11:40 there was a “sorry we missed you” note on the door. I called the delivery service number and they said they came at 11:00 and called my husbands number instead. I told them 3 times when ordering the fridge the number they needed to call was mine and they even read it back to me to confirm it. They also NEVER mentioned that the time frame was just a “suggestion” and they could be earlier or later. Now I am not getting the fridge until the 15th. My frustration is the lack of communication and not “warning” they can come before the time selected at time of purchase and not calling the correct number given.
