They were too busy to tell me what the payoff would be on a rental. I was Not impressed. I made a payment..then asked what the payoff would be. I was told "can't now I'm too busy." ( that's the truth)

So in April, had to get my son a fridge when his quit. RAC offers rent to own price and same as cash price. My same as cash price expires on 10/8/20. I am now being told by this store that I still owe $281 on a $110 balance. Cash price is cash price am I right? Apparently not at Massillon RAC and they won't ever get my business again. And don't bother to call corporate, they won't help since this is an independently owned store.
