I've been coming here on and off for a few years any time I've ever come I've always got great customer service and had a kind person working who helped me with any need that I had but after today I will no longer be supporting this business due to the woman who was behind the counter. She was very cold and rude.I'd highly recommend going to herbal express. The woman at herbal wellness was super knowledgeable and very friendly .thankful for them ...I also received 10% off and you get a free drink with any purchase

I do not recommend anyone shop here, I went in and bought a pen from this place, charged it for the first time, tried to use it and it did not work AT ALL. No blinking lights no nothing and when taking it back to the store to get an exchange the guy said yeah so no refunds or exchanges, how do you sell junk products and before I can use it even ONCE you won't even make sure that the thing works. I'll NEVER be back, lost my business

Bought a vape pen battery last night and it didn't work. Called them when they opened to tell them and they told me to bring it back out only to not replace it. The guy working there told me I broke it. The button didn't work so he told me I must've pressed it too hard. Save yourself a headache and money and shop somewhere else.
