We purchased a gazebo at the Big Lots in New Castle PA. Brought it up to our camp in Bristolville OH to put together. After we got started we found that we had a part that was wrong. Contacted the store in Champion and Mike said to come over with incorrect part and he would pull one from a new box. When my husband arrived, Mike was standing outside the store with the part waiting for him. What great customer service! We got the gazebo finished! Thank you so much Mike! We greatly appreciate what you did!

Went to buy a pull up bar, to save some money, didn't have it in store. Have to buy online. So I shopped at Walmart.

The variety of products are slim compared to other competitors. Prices are fair. Staff is slim just feels like a decaying location.
