Excellent service, the manager, Kelvin, made sure I knew where all the controls where to operate the vehicle safely, the vehicle was clean and clearly new so there was no concern regarding a possible breakdown while using and the price was $100.00 less than the competition. Extremely happy with the service, will rent from them again if needed and I highly recommend.

I went in earlier than expected to get my rental but there were no cars available. Ciara and Calvin were so accommodating. They gave me a ride back to work then came and picked me up when the car was ready. This whole process was positive. Car was good and Return was quick with no Surprises.

During my last trip to Memphis, Hertz had no vehicles for approximately 15-20 customers, who had reserved cars ahead of time. We were told to stand in line in the parking deck and cars would be provided as they were found or returned. There was a two hour wait before I was provided a car and I was 3rd in line. The temperature in the garage was well above 90 degrees, we were not offered water, and there was nowhere to sit for those who may have needed to. The only Hertz representative who was available was unsure of anything, no answers or direction, and the supervisor appeared to be "unavailable". I will not be using this company in the future and will steer my peers away from this company as well. This was outrageous and completely out of line. I cannot leave zero stars or I would, customer service is dead at Hertz.....

I had made reservations at Enterprise because it's closer to where I live, but they called me at thee literal "last minute" to say that, not only would they not have the vehicle I had reserved, but they'd have ZERO vehicles available for me to choose from that day. I started to panic, thinking my meticulously arranged plans for my kids that day were totally ruined. I figured it couldn't hurt to give Hertz a try; it was a long shot, being so last minute, but they were able to accommodate my needs down to every last detail. Couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Sierra that day, Oct 30, 2020. They are now my preferred car rental service.
