My experience at this store was the best i’ve had at any verizon! i came into my appointment early last week and didn’t have to wait very long. i was greeted by the friendly staff. there was an issue when I first arrived but it was solved very quickly with the help of the associate that was helping me. the process felt very quick, but was still able to get all my questions answered. i was there for about 2 hours, but the friendly and helpful staff made it feel like a short time. the guy who helped me (i feel so bad i forgot his name) was beyond helpful in the process. asking me questions, really getting to know each other while going through the process. i would recommend this store to anyone who is a verizon customer. the staff is so sweet! i will 100% be coming back in the future for everything! thank you guys for the relaxing experience!! :)

Definitely worth taking the extra 10 minute drive to the Lake in the Hills location. Crystal Lake location sold us a wall block that broke after 2 weeks of use and then wouldn't exchange it.
