My wife called over the weekend to reserve a car and was told she was all set for Monday morning. She then got a call 45 minutes before pickup that they wouldn't have a car until Weds. Unfortunately Enterprise apparently routes all their calls to India and the guy they're paying 5 cents an hour to just says yes to everything. Talk about a company that cares.

Easy to rent from. Local pickup and return. Not the car I requested, still a decent vehicle Return was just as easy. Let agent go over my rental and gave me a receipt. Even received a ride home when my pick up failed to show. Will definitely rent from them again!
