Why do we NOT ever get size car we put in for 9 days in advance!!! I am so irritated!!! AGAIN!!! At time of reservation we were even told that they could get us a full size car from another office......ya right.....I am NOT happy at all!!!

Unfortunately, this is the norm rather than the exception. That's based on my experience. Personally, I'm okay with getting a vehicle that is above the class of car I reserved for, but you should call the branch manager or Enterprise customer service for further assistance.
