Arrived at the restaurant at 6:00. The waiter seemed like he had no idea what was going on. Continued to bring the wrong things to the table. We waited almost 2 hrs for our food then it wasn't even correct! We packed up what meals we got and left to eat at home. We left at 8:00. There were no more that 7 tables seated.

Don't order home fries unless you like uncooked potatoes. Food and service is decent otherwise.

Arrived at 8:15 p.m. there was only 1server for the restaurant. His name is Phil, he was helful, friendly and apologetic that we had to flag him down to be seated. We (husband and I) didn't mind the wait but I flagged Phil down just so someone knew we were there. He sat us and took our order right away, delivered our drinks,salads and then the meals quickly. Kudos to the cooks too, my western omelet was great! Phil made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. I told him he did a terrific job as did the cooks,which he relayed to them. Ask for Phil when you go, a pleasant caring young man!! Great job from the employees even though understaffed.

I have had business meetings over breakfast 2-days this week. Bob Evans offered plenty of space, good food, fast good service (just enough attention), and they were patient with the little bit of extra time we took. I will be back.
