We prepaid for our room for a relatives wedding. The night of the wedding the Window crashed inward to our room waking us at 4am. Then we were told we weren’t at fault and wouldn’t be charged… until we were. $500 later and some major safety concerns and they still maintain I did something to cause the window to break… while dead asleep. This is all after relatives booked this hotel for a wedding. Avoid these crooks who care more about their bottom dollar that they do the safety of their guests!

The room was excellent. There was a noisy crowd in the lobby when checking in. Breakfast was spectacular. There was a light on next to the bed that I couldn't find the switch to turn off.

First time staying at a Marriott Courtyard. Rooms were clean and staff exceptionally helpful.

The room was roomy and clean. We appreciated the large window, which brought lots of light into the room. We were also wowed by the large glass-enclosed shower, which had excellent water pressure and a convenient seat. We were disappointed by the extremely limited food options (no breakfast and no room for eating), the lack of sufficient sound-proofing in the walls, and the small size of the closet.
