Staff is horribly unprofessional. They allow other guests to be repeatedly and nearly violently disruptive with no reprocussions to said guests. If you plan on staying longer than 30 days they will make you move rooms every 28 days so that they can keep getting taxes out of you. This seems almost illigal because in the state of Ohio you are exempt from room taxes of you stay with a hotel/motel for 30 days or longer. They say this is to keep maintenance on the rooms but we all know it's to get extra money. They will try to charge you for services you never received. If you have any mail sent here good luck waiting on it because they go to the mailbox whenever they feel like it. So you might wait 4 days to get your mail. The rooms are not properly cleaned and the entire 3rd floor smells like an ash tray. The management is god awful and the front desk staff are rude. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Hotel was for long term stays and was loud and I didn¿t feel comfortable with my 12 year old son.

For the price can’t really beat it. Room was clean. Had a fridge microwave and stove top even! Everything worked fine for the night I was there. Only thing I would suggest is getting the upgraded internet if you need it. The free stuff is pretty slow. But that’s also been the case at several hotels I’ve been at.

Stayed here for a year. Good for long-term stay but the staff is very unattentive and they don't have a maintenance man. Also they make you pay for linen and toiletries even though that should be included in your taxes.
