I have to say I was not happy with my room conditions. The room wasn't vacuumed or wiped down. I did smell and see cigarette butts. Some of the guests were loud and arguing with each other (not the fault of the staff) The best thing about my visit was the front desk staff. The two I encountered were very nice. I will go go back again just because I love good customer service. I am sure the room conditions will improve next time. Thank you for allowing me to stay.

The staff are very kind, and are very serious about the care of thier guests. The security is great the care and concern for the children there getting off of the school buses and making sure they get to their parents is awesome. I've been there for several months and it's a nice place to visit.

The ladies who run this hotel are absolutely wonderful, I have had to stay longer than I anticipated due to health , and couple days in hospital. I am now trying to recuperate and they are still very understanding. Thank you,Debbie, Connie and Mimi the other young ladies too.

If I could give this a 10 , I would. The staff was so friendly. Debra and Connie were the nicest stuff I ever met. My boyfriend and I had a minor issue and they took care of us. If I ever travel to Ohio again , I would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you Debra and Connie for helping us. ❤️ - Justin and Jocelyn
