This was the worst Extended Stay I have ever experienced! They claim they clean your rooms once a week, and upon requesting this service I got nothing but grief. I stayed for 13 days and didn't get service until requesting that my room be cleaned; well into my second week. Even after reminding them that I needed service they merely dropped towels in front of my door. My job is very demanding 15 to 18 hour shifts, therefore having maid service is a priority! I will not be staying here ever again! UPDATE: HOW IRONIC THAT YOU DELETED YOUR REPONSE🤣

I recently started my stay at this location and was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the room and area due to the perseverance and hard work of one of the staff that prepared my room by the name of Angel thank you for all that you do.

Room is small but sweet. There is a microwave and a full size refrigerator and a stovetop that I can cook simple food. Free wifi and parking. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I am a night shift travel nurse that has a different work schedule, they always let me check in a bit early to my room so I can have a good sleep. I do appreciate what the staffs do. I enjoy my stay here for the last three weeks, and I will continue to come back.

For background information, my girlfriend and I are both under 21. My girlfriend had called every other day for a week, making sure they allowed 18+ checkin. Every single call had a reply of yes. We were under the understanding that it was going to be okay to check in. We were wrong. When we got there, the view did not match any of the pictures. It was very dirty, not even near the main road, and did not look like it did in the pictures. When we got inside, it was dark and dirty and things seemed like they weren't very well taken care of there. I'm glad they didn't let us stay there because at the looks of it, we wouldn't have gotten very good sleep.
