Awful. $38 for a sashimi plate with about 10, maybe 12 tiny pieces of fish. The salmon on the plate appeared farmed. It wasn’t worth half that. $20 for octopus sunomono with but a few pieces of octopus. Overpriced rip joint.

Sushi was average overall, felt overpriced for what we got and for the waitress to be in sweats. The last roll we tried we really disliked (spicy tuna). The owner/manager kept checking on us throughout dinner in addition to our server, but then was completely indifferent to how much we hated their take on the spicy tuna and didn't offer to take it off the bill or any substitute. It tasted like there was Tabasco in the blend - inedible.

Finally great sushi within an hour of Whidbey Island. Don't even need a car, just hop on the ferry and walk to the restaurant. The food and service were both excellent and we will be back again and again.
