If your an animal lover and would like to help save a horse or even adopt one, SAFE are the people to check out. My love for horses started while working at our local race track. That's what moved me to help. All you have to do is look at the " Meet the Horses " photos. There are before and after pics that show the fabulous work the staff does. Please take a look.

It was the first time that I had been out to save a forgotten equine I was completely impressed at how clean the entire facility was and how well-managed it is, the horses all looked amazing getting back to health and strengthπ΄ they have a great team of people most volunteers and some paid employees with a live on site manager, we were there because we helped to put up a donated beautiful shelter, there were so many hands on deck with the right supplies equipment and tools, that it didn't take very long to get the job well on its way to completion. This is an amazing horse rescue and I believe they have some Burros as well but if you're looking to donate your time or money to save a forgotten equine this is the place to do it Top Notch Class Act everyone knew what they were doing I was so impressed I wish I didn't live so far I'd love to volunteer on a regular basis I have two wild-born Mustangs and know how much work it goes into taking care of horses and I was just so impressed the kind compassion it came from the volunteers and employees was just beautiful and overflowed to the care of the horses that were there, here's just a little peek at the work that was going on that day. Sending Tons of love and blessings to everyone at save a forgotten equine! ππ΄π¦π΄π

Yes, SAFE loves volunteers! Go to the website, www.safehorses.org and click on the menu item for Volunteers. Great people!
SAFE hosts an open house for the public four times a year. Given the current state of affairs, I'm not certain when the next one will be. Best way to find out is to follow our website, safehorses.org. Our website also shows horses available for adoption. If you're interested in meeting any of our adoptable horses, please call to make an appointment with our operations director who's in charge of all adoptions.
The available horses are matched with adopting best option. The follow up is thorough, best possible partnership. Check out the requirements on line.
