I have lived here 17 years. It's a great place to live, people are friendly and management is very helpful. It is kept very nice. I have enjoyed my time here and so would you.

Wonderful 55+ community. Very well kept and attractive. Swimming pool, club house with library and pool table, piano and outdoor grills. Great place to live

My parents live here, have lived her for over 12 years and they love their place, there are obvious negatives mostly all the nit picking rules and angry elderly who don't like young people but what do you expect from a 55+ park? It's a nice big place with a beautiful park like setting, they have a pool but last I checked it was shut down, they have a rec room and lots of outdoor activity space. All-in-all my parents love their place and are happy with all they have and being downtown Redmond they have plenty of things to do.

Going through recent divorce of close to 30 years! Nearing 57 yrs old & single! A dear friend lived & loved it up to her passing! My husband was one asking for divorce, so getting all my ducks in a row & getting there would be a dream come true! Willing to pay early so I can start moving my stuff in! Not a lot just me & possibly a small dog!
I would call property management office first!
This is Google's site, not Friendly Village's, but the best way to find openings there is to talk to a real estate agent or look at online listings. Hope you find something that makes you happy!
The residents sell their own mobile homes using realtors, I would look in the real estate apps, if there are any units available they would be in those
It's not a rental place. People own the homes
$800 rent plus water and sewage fee
Yes, there are a couple for sale. I know of one around $170,000
It's best to drive through the park and look for homes for sale that's your best bet house for empty spaces I don't believe so
