Excellent Service. Very reasonable prices. Great communications. I had a HD crash and they recovered my data on one drive same day. The main drive couldn't be recovered in house so they sent it out will hopes of recovery. No charges up front. Kept me in the loop and had a 99% recovery and the charges were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Fastest and most accurate technical troubleshooting and repair I've ever experienced. I work in tech but have stopped building my own PCs. I was having problems at boot with a new OMEN PC. He sleuthed out the issue and solved it in under 10 minutes. I would use their services again ANYTIME.

Had to repair a broken screen and hinges on a newer dell laptop. Dell was obviously not helpful and other repair places were not able to obtain the parts that were needed. Thor was able to get all of the parts quicker than expected and the overall fix was quick and flawless. I would highly recommend them for any computer repairs and will be using them again if we have any computer issues.

First time at this computer repair shop. I was highly impressed with the business. It was casual, no appointment required. Both James and Thor were straight to the point and friendly. As a online independent reseller, customer service is everything. These guys were extremely fast fixing my computer. James asked me some questions of what was wrong. I explained my situation and he had the diagnostics completed with in a couple hours. He gave me a call and explained all the options he could do for me. They didn't charge much to completely replace my motherboard, in fact I thought it was the wrong price at first because of how much labor I thought was involved. I would highly recommend this place and will be going back for any computer related issues. Thanks again gents!
