Service was excellent. They didn't put enough guacamole on my burger. She got me more and didn't charge me. 14 dollars for a burger seems awful high. Plus I didn't like the hard chairs.

My wife, my daughter and I went in on Thursday to have BOGO boneless wings. We usually don't go out to eat anymore due to the higher cost nowadays and usually the food isn't worth it. Well this was one of those times. Our server was nice and attentive but the cleanliness was awful. There was crumbs and straw wrappers on the floor next to the table. Our server misunderstood us as we normally order 2 10 piece wings. Well she instead rung us up for 20 each (BOGO for each of us) instead of 10 each. My daughters fries for her kids meal were dry and cold. The wings were cold hard and not crispy. And we couldn't eat them all as there were too many as we discussed with our server. She didn't understand that we only wanted 10 each and she was telling us it would be the same price either way but that is not true. Anyways the server was not the problem it was the food. And we won't be going back to this place.

Thank you Melody for such great service. We always appreciate a great waitress. You were fabulous. You were the only waitress there and we never waited for anything. We have been there many times and never realized you had happy hour. It was never suggested to us. We appreciate your excellent service. You do a awesome job and are very great with your customers which is appreciated. Food was great also.

Great evening with family and friends at BWW. Appetizers out promptly, dinner (Bacon Cheeseburgers, Asian Zing Boneless Chicken Wings) was made to order and and brought just as appetizers were finishing. Server was extremely attentive and personable. Drinks (soft drinks and Moscow Mule) were kept topped off and service was perfect.
