Holy s#%t, these are some of the slowest moving associates I’ve ever met. No sense of urgency and they will completely forget about you if need assistance with large items or loading. They even blow each other off when they feel like it, and feels like they don’t appreciate your time, only theirs, SMH. Great products, terrible customer service. Either management is clueless or doesn’t care that their employees shine everyone off and are annoyed by customers in need of assistance. Get rid of these folks or light a fire under their a$$es asap.

Lowe's is great fir lumber and hardware, etc. The store is very clean and people friendly and helpful. They offer a military discount. Once signed up you only have to give them your phone number to get the 10% off. Not everything is eligible, but lots of things are.

Yes, I was there today and seen it happen. They do encourage you to register at customer service desk (to make it easier for you in the future) but will provide a discount with proper documentation.

No it wasn't my day after spending so much time in their Santee store with one register open and there was no self service check outs either not a good way to conduct business..I just saying the appliances we went in store to purchase I will go somewhere else for.
I used to work there all they got is Troy-bilt and sun Joe like 2 or 3 different kinds that's it. Pretty cheap though if you're looking for a small cheap one Lowes is great
