Food was good but we felt very rushed, to order, eat and leave. Plates were taken before people were finished with food. Look away for just a sec and there goes your food. Also be sure even with reservations your party is there. Good food but we won't be a regular...there is a lot to be said for a friendly atmosphere.

First time eating there was the reason we went back. We were actually treated better and it wasn't such a mess to get seated. The white boy is probably the only decent server in there. Despite calling ahead reservation no one was properly assisting guest in so my daughter & i were squeezed standing behind the guest in front of us. Apparently we were standing to close to other people because a waiter felt the need to tell me really close in my face. I was so annoyed with everything, that i requested my food to go and didn't bother even Tipping. Last time i was there i tipped over 20$ because the waiter did his part. As for this time it was horrible, we probably won't return.

Great food. I would give 5 stars but the staff were ridiculous. Our hibachi chef was great but there was one employee who was yelling at the others, making a scene in front of the whole restaurant. She seemed very rude and was not courteous to anyone at all. She brought our check and we waited for 20 min for her to come back to cash us out. She never did. I took the check to the register and interrupted her yelling at other employees, so that we could pay and leave. She never even looked at me during the entire transaction. She never said a single word to me other than "sign" when my receipt came out. This place would be much more enjoyable without her. Our experience wouldve been better without her.

We've been going here for the last four years, and unfortunately the quality and experience has steadily decreased. The hibachi chefs seem to not have their hearts in the craft any longer, which means you sit at a table with strangers and eat expensive, mediocre food with little to no entertainment. The last drop came on our most recent visit when even the hot sake, which is usually pretty good here, had been replaced with something that didn't even taste like sake. I'll add that the takeout sushi here is usually pretty decent, although we haven't had any for a while. Hopefully the sushi chefs are still on top of their game.
